**Descrição**:

- Estamos procurando um profissional para gerenciar os processos e a aréa de Crédito, desde a avaliação de capacidade, creditícia do cliente até a aprovação ou reprovação das solicitações de empréstimo PME.
- Interesse em se aprofundar o conhecimento no mercado digital.
- Ter trabalhado em Startup será um diferencial.
- Sólidos conhecimento dos procedimentos de concessão de empréstimos PME.
- Habilidades em gestão de time e negociação.
- Modalidade de trabalho hibrida.

Principais Atividades:

- Aprovar as concessões de crédito de clientes PME, através dos demonstrativos financeiros elaborados pela Equipe de Crédito e informações cadastrais dos clientes conforme Política de Crédito da GYRA+, avaliando a capacidade de crédito e a situação financeira dos clientes para fornecer uma interpretação precisa do risco de crédito.
- Responsável por realizar a apresentação dos casos para aprovação junto ao comitê de crédito.
- Realizar a análise dos processos da área de Crédito, buscando melhorias nos procedimentos de trabalho identificando os melhores métodos de gestão de trabalho e sugerindo melhorias visando otimizar efeitos de produtividade, custo e qualidade;
- Gestão de equipe multidisciplinar e desenvolvimento e apresentação de treinamentos voltados para a área de Crédito e Gestão de Risco.
- Monitoramento dos KPI?s para controle, acompanhamento e verificação dos processos e apurar resultados e estatísticas que demonstrem a performance da área de Crédito e Risco.
