Partner Solutions Manager, Business Messaging

WhatsApp Partnerships is looking for a strategic and operationally-strong Partner Solutions Manager in our office in São Paulo, Brazil. The person will work with key partners, support a data and analytics function, and help set the strategy for the WhatsApp Partnerships team and partner management in the region. The Partner Solutions team works to ensure a seamless experience for partners on our platform through deep product expertise and business analytics. WhatsApp Partnerships manages WhatsApp’s product and business relationships with some of the world’s most important business solutions providers. This is a full-time role based in São Paulo, Brazil
**Partner Solutions Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities**:
- Work cross-functionally to drive and deliver scalable data-driven solutions for WhatsApp Partnerships programs
- Identify operational opportunities and help improve or innovate new processes to drive strategic growth with and improve performance of WhatsApp partners
- Proactively analyze and communicate metrics and vertical trends as they relate to business messaging
- Develop reporting framework and regular cadence to deliver insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Drive product adoption for partners through ongoing analysis about new and existing WhatsApp business products
- Develop an understanding of and consult on Partnerships' goals and help determine ways to track progress in an efficient and effective manner
- Align and connect with product and operations teams to act as an internal expert on specific WhatsApp business products
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in SQL, and querying large and complex datasets
- Experience working cross-functionally, and prioritizing projects and responsibilities on behalf of multiple stakeholders
- Experience storytelling through data, and communicating those insights to varied audiences and senior management internally and externally
- Passionate about problem-solving, going deep into an issue, and explaining the ‘why’ and not just the ‘what’ of a trend
- 7+ years experience in consulting, strategic partnerships or project management
- Strong proficiency in building business intelligence tooling and dashboards to track business initiatives and progress towards goals, as well as increasing operational efficiency throughout the organization (Tableau knowledge a plus)
- A self-starter with a track record of taking initiative
- Willingness to get scrappy, and unafraid of dealing with ‘dirty data’
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in channel sales organizations with enterprise SaaS businesses
