La nueva organización de Customer Experience & Data busca transformar la experiência del cliente mediante el uso de datos y tecnología, creando interacciones que generen impacto en pacientes y clientes. Dentro de esta estructura, el **Global Digital Hub** lidera experiências digitales para marcas del portafolio de Medicinas Generales y Vacunas en mercados emergentes sin recursos locales de fuerza de ventas y qué se promueven solamente con estrategias digitales. Buscamos un **Analista de experiência al cliente**experimentado y apasionado, responsable del diseño, implementación y optimización continua de contenido y campañas para marcas seleccionadas en estos mercados, así como de las jornadas de usuario. Este rol también será clave en el análisis de datos y generación de insights para optimizar las decisiones estratégicas en colaboración con equipos globales, regionales y locales.

**Responsabilidades clave**:

- Desarrollar y/o localizar contenidos digitales.
- Ejecutar campañas omnicanal integradas para mercados y marcas prioritarios, asegurando una segmentación y orientación clara en colaboración con los Gerentes de Asuntos Médicos.
- Coordinar con stakeholders, agencias de medios y terceros para implementar campañas alineadas con los objetivos regionales y el mix de canales.
- Supervisar el etiquetado de contenido y el seguimiento de la efectividad de campañas bajo el marco analítico global de Medicinas Generales.
- Realizar análisis mensual de desempeño de campañas, generando insights clave y recomendaciones de optimización para presentaciones a la alta dirección.
- Colaborar con Scrum Masters para garantizar el uso efectivo de plataformas digitales globales y mejores prácticas.
- Gestionar la demanda de contenido, priorizar actividades con proveedores y supervisar el cumplimiento, desempeño y mitigación de riesgos del Digital Hub.

**Calificaciones requeridas**:

- Experiência trabajando con marcas sector farma a nível local o global.
- Profesional en carreras de Marketing o relacionadas
- Conocimiento profundo en segmentación y orientación de clientes.
- Experiência práctica en desarrollo y localización de contenidos, aprobaciones (ej. Content Lab) y gestión de proyectos complejos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interna para construir credibilidad y generar insights a través de una red sólida de stakeholders clave.
- Inglés avanzado.

**Duración del contrato**:
Plazo fijo hasta diciembre de 2025.
