As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization and reporting to the Finance Ops Product Group Lead, this role will be accountable for value delivery and value realization for LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology products within the region. This role will own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements to LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology products and help translate business needs into prioritized user stories within the region.

As a strategic problem solver, technologist, and digital expert in payroll/time and attendance within the region, this role will deliver products and platforms that create exceptional experiences for employees within the company and for external talent. They will also be responsible for regionally activating large-scale and high-visibility global technology transformation initiatives within LATAM and drive outcomes that matter in our local markets related to LATAM payroll/time and attendance products. This role will actively feed local/regional demand to global technology leads and product owners. This role will also manage cross-functional and self-organizing teams to drive agile ways of working and high-quality product delivery.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Shaping the LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology vision/roadmap and steering squad(s) in delivering technology product/platform features oriented around the business impact
- Leading continuous improvement across the LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology product lifecycle and driving engagement with third parties to support the delivery of squad(s) objectives
- Understanding the latest technology trends in the payroll/time and attendance field to inform technology product roadmap within the region
- Driving selection of solution options in collaboration with business partners within the region
- Prioritizing a backlog, utilizing technical expertise, and understanding customer needs to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology products/platforms
- Working with the business to channel the “voice of the customer” within the LATAM payroll/time and attendance product squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing”
- Managing resources for LATAM payroll/time and attendance product squad(s) and onboarding new team members
- Defining and tracking LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology OKRs
- Working closely with business partners and technology team members to establish the business case while supporting communications and end-user outreach necessary
- Working closely with engineers to balance technical debt with feature delivery and assessing technology elements prior to user testing within the region
- Owning LATAM payroll/time and attendance technology reporting and performance analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results
- Actively participate in all squad ceremonies along with leading and optimizing flow of value using various tools and reporting cadences

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
- Five plus years of experience in technology project/product management, engineering, UX, or related field
- Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles
