- 00300We’re looking for a** **Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant **who will configure new software systems based on user requirements. Proactively monitor, identify, document, and resolve ongoing day-to-day business issues pertaining to system functionality.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid, Sri Lanka

**What will I do in this job?**
- Development of Scripts and Workflows to Enhance NetSuite
- Create, Maintain, & Optimize existing NetSuite customizations
- Interface with business users to drive solutions in a timely manner
- Conducts unit testing of all development work performed
- Assisting in troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and driving resolutions
as needed
- Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist
other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested
- Strong experience in API development and hands-on experience in the
development of RESTful web services
- Manage from start to finish the overall analysis, testing, and execution
process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
- Improve existing systems or processes by assessing the current state and
recommending alternative feasible solutions
- Develop best-in-class processes and write systems procedures to support
data and systems integrity
- Write and maintain documentation for ongoing technical support and training documentation for business users_
- Assist business teams with data validation as needed
- Write automated data validation scripts to ensure data integrity across systems
- Work with the team to ensure compliance with all data-privacy or data security of client-sensitive information as well as other policies governing client transactions, as well as local (host country) relevant laws
- Help promote and support a culture of professionalism and integrity, and build good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers
- Provide feedback and insights on how existing processes may be improved
- Participate with Employee Engagement activities that would promote the welfare and positive atmosphere for the team
- An ability to “speak up” and inform management of ways we can improve or make something better. Either internally or at the client level
- Ability to be flexible with working hours/shifts. Shift schedule may vary and rest days may eventually be assigned outside weekends depending on business needs
- An openness to performing Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned from time-to-time

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Information Systems, Mathematics,
- or Engineering).
- 4+ years experience with NetSuite's customization platform, including
- SuiteScript (V1 and V2), Suiteflow, Suitetalk and SuiteBuilder.
- Strong experience in SQL required. Being a senior role, we’re expecting the
- and not mandatory.
- Experience in administering and customizing NetSuite ERP.
- Strong JavaScript skills and knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Creative problem solver who can think beyond the status quo and architect
- technical solutions to business problems.
- Strong relationship building and excellent spoken & written communication
- skills.
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving
- environment.
- Experience with various systems architectures including client-server, webbased, service-oriented.
- Experience in implementing accounting and/or financial reporting systems.
- An individual has led at least 3-5 end-to-end SuiteScript/SuiteCloud implementations to include brand new implementations or re-platforming initiatives
- Comprehensive understanding of the landscape of web technologies and standards.
- Experience with JavaScript, frontend JS frameworks, Saas, Handlebars, jQuery, AJAX, Gulp, Git, integrations is a big plus.
- Good understanding of web technologies and best practices
