Pricipais Atividades- Coordenar as equipes de serviços no empreendimento, controlando rotinas, checklist de manutenção, limpeza, jardinagem, mantendo a correta conservação das instalações;- Contato com cliente, atendendo as necessidades e mantendo bom relacionamento;- Gerenciamento financeiro, acompanhando as despesas, fluxos de caixa e liberação de notas para pagamento visando manter a saúde financeira do empreendimento.- Rotinas administrativas confeccionando relatórios gerencias para diretoria, controle de documentação legal, confecção de contratos, suporte em assembleias e demais rotinas administrativas;- Contratação de serviços e compras de materiais necessários para as manutenções do condomínio;

Maiores Desafios

2. Produzir e fiscalizar todos os relatórios de prestação de contas/operacionais do condomínio mantendo sua efetiva entrega à gerência.

3. Antecipar, mapear e mitigar riscos que podem impactar a operação nos clientes (ciclo de manuntenções preditivas e preventivas, conhecimento em detalhes do parque e das operações dos clientes).
