**ABOUT THE ROLE**
WeWork is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Latam Real Estate Advisory (REA) team.
Within the Enterprise business, the Real Estate Advisory Team sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Real Estate and is tasked with identifying and scaling new business opportunities that will drive the strategic agenda of the Growth Organization. Together with our Account Executives, REA team members will be primarily focused on executing high impact real estate transactions across our largest and fastest-growing accounts.
Analysts & Associates on REA will be responsible for the financial underwriting & analysis of transactions, the production of compelling deal materials for key client stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Sales), and the creation and codification of new deal structures and products.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
2-5 years of transactional finance experience, preferably with exposure to commercial real estate
Microsoft Excel Expert. Good communication skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and align the interests of multiple stakeholders
Ability to thrive in an unstructured, high-growth environment with a loose playbook
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Deal Financial Model**
Improve and run the financial model of large transaction deals to calculate its returns (NPV, ROI, Margins). Be the main point of contact with sales, finance and real estate teams in order to have the right assumptions and inputs to calculate the deal profitability, helping the sales team to define the best deals terms.
Present the out of policy deals to the WeWork committee.
**Deal Development**
Lead an end-to-end sales process for large transactions —partnering with key internal sales teams (Latin America) and external stakeholders — from initial pitch and structuring through negotiation and close.
**Portfolio Optimization**
Undertake initiatives to drive overall growth and efficiency in the Growth organization, including new deal opportunity analysis and evaluation, portfolio management and market analysis.
