The e-Core IT Service Desk team's primary focus is to WoW our internal customers with a great support experience. You will join an incredible team that works with cutting-edge technologies and is always looking for technical and procedural improvements in our environment.

We are looking for a Logistics professional that will be working closely with our IT Service Desk team ensuring equipment delivery at the right time and within budget. Our primary focus now is to develop a logistics area that can scale our operation nationwide and in some countries around the globe.

**What do we want from you?**
- You love working with logistics and have a higher standard for customer satisfaction.
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. route planning, stock optimization, delivery tracking & stats).
- Contact courier services and schedule pickups nationwide.
- Oversee inventory procedures and control.
- Purchase items to keep our inventory filled according to future demands.
- Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery, documentation).
- Collaborate with Finance Team on invoices and general documentation required for delivery.
- Receive items at our storage facility.
- Discover the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules within our vendors.
- Evaluate vendor operations according to quality standards.
- Collaborate with IT Service Desk to implement effective systems and processes.
- Track KPIs and report on supply chain performance, carbon output, or environmental impact data.
- Direct contact with vendors.
- Self-driven/Proactive
- Be open to learning and growing a lot
- You will be a hands-on person that will plan and execute.
**General qualifications.**
- Experience in the logistics industry or related industry (IT logistics is a plus).
- Experience in analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g.inventory planning, warehouse management).
- Strong analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail
- Great interpersonal skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- That is a hybrid work position.
- You can speak English (Spanish is a plus).
