**About the job**:
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Our goal is to build a Google that looks like the world around us — and we want Googlers to stay and grow when they join us. As part of our efforts to build a Google for everyone, we build diversity, equity, and inclusion into our work and we aim to cultivate a sense of belonging throughout the company.

The Privacy, Safety and Security (PSS) Business Transformation and Enablement team drives transformation projects to make Core Privacy, Safety and Security more effective, innovative, cohesive, and inclusive, all in service of our mission to keep everyone safe, at scale.
- As a Business Enablement Program Manager, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for large-scale initiatives, including cross-company strategic engagement, leader and manager enablement, talent development, and culture strategy. You will partner across business units, functions, and teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve collaboration, accelerate innovation, reduce bureaucracy, and increase execution velocity.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems and partner with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels to integrate change management activities into program roadmaps.
- Design and deliver training programs and communication materials.
- Analyze stakeholders and user needs and develop interventions to ensure smooth transition and adoption. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of initiatives and adapt as needed.
- Advocate the importance of change management and its integration into the organization's culture. Stay up-to-date on its latest tools and technologies for reporting.
- Interact with a variety of people, functions and levels with strong business acumen and communication skills.
