We are focused on empowering customers on their digital journey, from envisioning new possibilities to delivering and supporting solutions that result in a happy customer and greater consumption of products and services." **Responsibilities**: As a trusted advisor to the Area ISD Leader, STU Leader and CSU Leader the focus of the Sales Excellence Lead’s role is to be a sales coach and driver of sales discipline and execution excellence, accelerating business growth by translating insights into actions. Key accountabilities: - ** Planning & Executing as One Microsoft**:_As a Trusted Advisor to the Area Consulting Leader, CSU Lead and STU Lead (Support)_- leading an effective rhythm to run the business that lands sales coverage, territory & quota assignment, drives discipline in sales & consumption processes, ensures integrated customer planning & provides ISD and Support leadership with actionable insights to drive actions that increase capability & business performance - ** Driving a Healthy, Predictable Sales business**:_As a Driver of Sales Process Discipline & Execution Excellence _- coaching sales discipline & adherence to sales process & hygiene standards, per Microsoft’s defined expectations for weekly Seller 1:1 rhythm & topic rotation on pipeline hygiene, forecast discipline & sales execution, holding sales managers accountable for quality & accuracy - ** Driving Customer Outcomes & Consumption**: _As a Sales Coach Accelerating Growth through Transformation & Consumption_- driving intentional selling of priority ISD and Support sales motions by ensuring rigorous opportunity qualification & prioritization of pre-sales investments to those opportunities that will deliver the highest level of consumption & return on investment - ** Business Management** Support Planning Process and Business RoB Change/Program Management - Drive operational change plans with a focus on effective adoption. Building on landing and enablement materials Champion Consumption - Deliver on financial commitments of the Consulting Operating Model, establish controls to optimize consumption revenue, Consulting Cost of Commercial Cloud, and MCS Billing within your organization. - ** Sales and Delivery Operations** Responsible for Quota Planning and Execution in addition to Sales tools support. Support the monthly and quarterly forecasting processes. Support Lead to Order (L20-02C) Process and Transaction support activities. Drive Consulting Cost of Commercial Cloud Metrics - Consumption and Usage metrics. Focusing on projects and opportunities that drive consumption. Support RoB for Domain/Account Aligned Delivery metrics and KPI’s. **Qualifications**: **Key Experience, Skills, Knowledge & Education Required**: - 10+ years of experience in Senior Sales or Channel Management/Leadership Roles - Track record of leading Business Transformation, Coaching Solution Sales & Executing Strategic Sales Planning - Sound knowledge & understanding of financial & sales processes, scorecards & key performance indicators - Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Information Technology (or equivalent) *** Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Microsoft and the country where you work.
