**Job Details**:We are looking for an experienced and trusted advisor, well able to align sales enablement with business priorities and results, and proactively propose enablement strategies and approaches. In addition, the position is expected to be able to support general (LATAM—wide) enablement execution when SMB sales teams are naturally part of it.
This role will align local, global priorities and sales programs initiatives to fit the segment/business unit needs, track results and take corrective or proactive action where appropriate. Will also work on prioritizing and landing the best Enablement programs, create learner feedback loops, address innovation opportunities, and relentlessly tracking and adjusting programs based on data insights, learner feedback and results. This way, the one in the role will also represent LATAM SMB learners, their needs and perspective within the Global Enablement team.
Ultimately, their goal will be to accelerate sales productivity in the segment by prescribing enablement programs that provide product knowledge, industry/segment understanding, role-based skills, and operational excellence. Industry skilling and Digital Transformation strategies are examples of key enablement pillars for this segment. Successful enablement programs will in turn lead to improved sales productivity and revenue growth, customer adoption, and employee satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- In alignment with the Director, Field Enablement for the LATAM Operating Unit, defines and coordinates the delivery of the end-to-end Enablement Strategy plan, focusing on account teams and approach for transformative, Industry solution selling into key customers. Proactively designs the yearly and quarterly Operating Unit enablement plans, coordinating and aligning with key stakeholders and learners;
- Interprets key sales metrics and market trends to identify needs and define the most relevant enablement programs required to increase ACV, and support the company’s ambitions as well as customer success;
- Understands the Salesforce industry model and GTM approach. Uses this knowledge and good data analysis to build credibility and trust with the local leadership teams, contribute to the success and growth of the business, and add value to Salesforce’s end customers. Has a deep knowledge of strategic solution sales and key customer account teams in complex SaaS environments;
- Manages stakeholders across functions, within the field selling organization (Sales, pre-sales, CSG) and across teams, to design and deliver an aligned enablement approach that achieves high-quality standards, learner satisfaction scores, and end customer impact;
- Leverages a blended learning models and approaches, working closely with the enablement strategy teams, delivery teams, sales programs, and other stakeholders for maximum impact and a good use of time and resources;
- Partner closely with their LATAM and Global counterparts, contributing to the continuous evolution of Salesforce’s approach to Field Enablement, and representing the needs of the local customers and market within the organization.
**Required Skills/Experience**:
- 6+ years combined experience in Sales, Pre-sales, Sales Leadership, and a Sales Enablement function;
- Demonstrated ability to design enablement strategies and oversee the execution of learning solutions at scale. Proven track record of producing and managing an end to end enablement agendas;
- Proven experience managing complex programs, operating within a matrix organization and driving change management across teams;
- Experience measuring the impact of enablement programs **. **Analytical skill set with the ability to work analyze data and patterns, prioritize and show sound business judgment;
- Experience in value selling **, **customer adoption and growth. Understanding of the LATAM market and landscape;
- Outstanding executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at senior level. Ability to manage virtual teams within an international context and deal with ambiguity;
**Preferred Skills/Experience**:
- Fluent in English. Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus.
