**Responsabilidades**:

- Atuar como Hunter comercial, assegurando resultados mensais por meio da prospecção ativa de novos clientes com mais de 100 funcionários de diversos portes e segmentos, com foco em abertura de oportunidades nos mais variados territórios conforme a unidade alocada;
- Realizar mapeamento de mercado, identificação de leads qualificados e abordagem estratégica para geração de novos negócios;
- Registrar todas as interações com os clientes e prospects no sistema interno CRM, garantindo a atividades comercial e histórico atualizado e análise de pipeline;
- Promover o fortalecimento do relacionamento comercial em prospects por meio de reuniões periódicas técnico-comerciais;
- Contribuir com os grupos de trabalho das outras áreas para melhorias nos processos comerciais e de prospecção, promovendo uma melhor experiência do cliente com a Pluxee.

Requisitos e qualificações
- Formação superior completa em áreas de Administração de Empresas, Vendas ou correlatas (pós graduação e/ou MBA serão diferencial);
- Facilidade em relacionamento, comunicação e habilidade em negociação;
- Perfil Hunter e experiência com vendas B2B;
- CNH B e veículo para atuação field sale/em campo.
