**Role type**: Full time, Remote

**Working Hours**: 9am-5pm EST

**Salary Range**: 800 USD a month + commissions

**Target training Start Date**: June 30th, 2025

**Overview**:
You will be directly responsible for successfully building out a pipeline of valuable leads for various real estate brokers and connecting them to brokerages across North America. You will also be coordinating with each party to ensure appointments are set and are followed through upon. The position requires about 150-200 calls per day.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients based on our dialer system
- Utilize a pre-written script to engage potential realtors
- Meet the weekly target of achieving 18-20 appointments per week
- Meet any other KPIs

**Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum one year of solid experience with cold calling
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**System requirements**:

- PC or Mac (Intel i5 CPU or AMD equivalent, 2.0GHz Quad Core or above, 8GB RAM or above, at least 20GB free disk memory space and Windows 10 or Mac 10.2 and above)
- Headset with microphone (we can reimburse up to $100)
- Strong internet connection
- Quiet work environment
- Hardwired internet connection
