**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Affiliate Lead to identify opportunities, plan and execute activation and optimization efforts to effectively grow the program, especially in LATAM.
- Identify, recruit, and review new affiliates through various channels including affiliate marketplace, search engine, social networks, online advertising, conferences, etc.
- Address affiliates’ inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
- Monthly report generation for various stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams from business development, design, brand marketing, finance, regional and global marketing teams to continue growing the affiliate channel and ensure the program runs smoothly.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of affiliate marketing experience.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and presentation skills.
- Data-driven, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and self-driven.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.
- A strong understanding of the Latin American market.
