**Financial Jr Manager is responsible for co-piloting the Sales Leadership and Customer Account teams, providing financial leadership and decision support to achieve profitable growth; analyzes sales activities and recommends best utilization of Sales-controllable funds to drive ROI on Trade spend; delivers profitability reporting and drives creation of robust customer targets for net sales and profitability; establishes control environment for controls Sales Controllable costs.**:
**What are we looking for?**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 7 years in a similar position for a FMCG multinational company
- Experience in Sales Finance
- Strong sense of business, approachability, organization agility and ROI mindset are the main features required for this position
- Power BI/ Tableau as a plus

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:

- Serve as the Finance Co-pilot, partnering with Sales Leadership and Account teams to drive profitable sales growth in the customer accounts.
- Lead the financial planning, analysis and presentations to Sales leader of budgets, forecasts, long range plans and monthly performance reports and manages account and channel P&L’s to deliver optimal sales and profit delivery.
- Partner with Sales team to obtain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of customer and channel strategies, risks and opportunities, promotional activities and financial metrics. Recommends how to optimally deploy the sales specific resources to best meet the needs of the business
- Proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities, including recommendations for future actions. Initiate, lead, and manage projects which will improve current business results and deliver against strategy.
- Develop and implement robust control processes and procedures to ensure sales controllable costs are in line with the Finance Manual
