Creative Lead, Agency, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in a creative role in an agency or creative production role
- Experience using data analyses to provide insights and feedback on storyboards

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with YouTube advertising formats and creative work
- Experience in video/content production ecosystem
- Experience in a creative role with video for advertising (e.g., spots, scripts, content, etc.)
- Knowledge of ad effectiveness and brand measurement techniques
- Understanding of digital ads and content landscape

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing businesses grow. Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Creative Works team's mission is to represent Google’s view to Creatives and Creative’s view to Google, providing high-level consultancy on how to drive business results through creativity on our platforms, especially how to build effective campaigns that succeed on YouTube.

As part of the Sales organization and Agency team within Large Customer Sales (LCS), you will focus on using Google tools, platforms, and insights to bring unique-to-Google ideas to life. You are a creative consultant, collaborating with agencies in developing compelling concepts for large-scale advertisers.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expand Google's presence amidst strategy and creative stakeholders at agencies to activate our solutions within them.
- Capture business briefs to lead and deliver activations, delivering Google's solutions towards advertisers' strategic goals.
- Structure, develop, and implement services with the potential to create solutions for effective video campaigns (e.g., creative effectiveness, video assets deployment, data-driven creative, consultation for made-for Youtube campaigns).
- Consult on how to build effective campaigns made for YouTube.
