**Assistente de Customer Care (São Paulo/SP)**

**O Desafio**
- Como Assistente de Customer Care baseado em São Paulo/SP, você será responsável por tratar as demandas dos clientes, acompanhando a resolução de problemas e devidas tratativas com os departamentos responsáveis.

**A Posição**

As principais responsabilidades serão:

- Apoiar todos os processos e ferramentas relacionadas ao atendimento ao cliente;
- Tratamento de reclamações e feedback ao cliente, dentro do prazo CIRT (KPI: Customer Informed Response Time);
- Acompanhamento dos KPIs relacionados às ações do cliente para garantir o seu cumprimento.

**Perfil ideal**
- Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Economia, Administração, Engenharia, Publicidade ou áreas correlatas;
- Necessário conhecimento em pacote office;
- Desejável inglês intermediário.
