Ponto focal de Customer Service para as transportadoras no processo de gestão das ocorrências no ato de entrega aos clientes;Monitoramento e confirmação das entregas junto às transportadoras, conforme datas planejadas pelo time de gestão de carteira;Geração do controle de ocorrências de entrega e atuação nas ocorrências de baixa criticidade;Suporte ao time de Customer Service no reporte das recusas e atrasos nas entregas;Responsável pelo acionamento dos analistas de Customer Service em caso de necessidade de intervenção do time durante a entrega;Participação nos fóruns diários da operação para reporte e esclarecimentos de temas relacionados às confirmações e ocorrências de entrega.

**Requisitos: Escolaridade mínima**:
Graduação - Concluído - Obrigatório

**Informática**:

- Excel - Intermediário - Obrigatório
- SAP - Intermediário - Desejável
- Power BI - Intermediário - Desejável

**Experiências e qualificações**:
Experiência anterior na área administrativa/logística;
Desejável vivência com transportadoras.
