4+ years of relevant experience in a role directly managing end-to-end online marketing campaigns or CRM.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both un Portuguese and English.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements, with strong analytical skills and experience in customer segmentation.
- Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous environment with multiple stakeholders and under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline, or 4+ years of digital marketing experience.

Key job responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and implement digital marketing initiatives.
- Own the end-to-end development and execution of onsite experience plans for new product launches.
- Analyze results against KPIs, always seeking ways to optimize.
- Run A/B and multi-variate testing experiments for customer facing onsite features.
- Experience with documentation skills and workflow management MS Office, SharePoint.
- Experience in Traffic or Growth Marketing.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML.
