**About the Role**

In the Central Operations Vehicle Suppliers Team, we develop and operationalize strategies that help us achieve our business goals for Latin America. We work at scale across the mega region and are very close to the global Product Team on key challenges and initiatives to deliver value to all segments of vehicle suppliers - from Fleets to SMB Rental companies.

**What You'll Do**
- Proactively identify business needs and issues. Prioritize among projects to define the best path to meet strategic objectives and complete them
- Implement, optimize, and scale core analyses and processes across LatAm and beyond, regularly reviewing performance
- Lead cross-functional initiatives by building close relationships with global and local teams across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal
- Propose features or improvements that could improve the experience on and efficiency of our marketplace, measuring their impact and prioritizing them, in order to advocate for their development. Collaborate with Product teams around the world to complete new launches in LatAm.

**What You'll Need**
- We welcome people from any background to apply
- Five or more years of experience
- Make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Experience getting in the weeds of data, balanced with the ability to see the big picture
- Portuguese or Spanish and English proficiency. Proven experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences in an engaging and comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- Ability to plan sophisticated or multi-faceted projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, results, interdependencies, and prioritization
- Demonstrate optimism, respect others, and work well in a team. Ability to work with people from a diverse set of backgrounds and responsibilities. Maintains healthy working relationships, even in disagreement
- Ability to successfully handle and prioritize sophisticated operations that require the support of peers and other teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, while maintaining high-quality work standards
