Team Overview:
We are looking for a Planning and Performance Manager who will be responsible for driving strategic planning, performance measurement, and operational excellence within your area of responsibility. You will lead the development and execution of data-driven plans that align with business objectives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights and impactful business decisions.

Role Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning process, including forecasting, goal-setting, and resource allocation, to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic objectives and operational targets.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, product, etc.) to align planning and performance strategies across the organization.
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in operational processes and performance management.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of performance insights.
- Support capability-building efforts to foster a data-driven culture within teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Role Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in planning, performance management, operations, or analytics roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, BI platforms, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity in fast-moving environments.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
