By operating trusted marketplaces that offer customers a better way to buy, our partners can both deepen their relationship with customers and endear themselves to merchants.

We are looking for an individual with high potential and capability to be a Marketplace Lead, leading Aper's relationships with key partners in Brazil, including the largest banks in the country. You will be responsible for nurturing and developing these relationships from the outset, such that they develop into multi-year, profitable partnerships. You will be accustomed to working in fast-moving, high growth businesses and successfully navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems. Your commercial drive and entrepreneurial spirit will be core attributes

**Key tasks**:

- Build and execute strategies for each Marketplace to surpass revenue targets
- Own Aper's Partner relationships (commercial and interpersonal) in tandem with the regional General Manager
- Prioritize and ensure implementation of development needs and feature requests
- Deliver timely and accurate management information internally and externally - including revenue forecasting, Risk, Partner sentiment, NPS
- Act as a Leader within Aper, most notably the Customer Success team, with a constant desire to drive improvements and efficiency - operational and commercial
- Successfully contribute to Aper's new business process, such that new agreements are signed with Partners

**Skills and Attributes**
- Experience of at least 2 years leading commercial, technology projects in a customer-facing or consultancy role
- Strong collaborator and influencer, with a growth mindset
- Ability to build commercial and strategic presentations.
- Conceptual technological knowledge.
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- PowerPoint and Excel advanced knowledge
