**¿Quieres liderar la revolución digital en el ámbito de RRHH y transformar la manera en que las empresas gestionan a sus equipos?
La persona ideal será responsable de identificar oportunidades estratégicas, diseñar iniciativas de crecimiento comercial y colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos para maximizar el impacto de nuestras soluciones en el mercado, con un enfoque especial en el mercado de Europa, Oriente Medio y África (EMEA).

**️ Principales Responsabilidades**
- Identificar y evaluar nuevas oportunidades de mercado y alianzas estratégicas, especialmente en Europa, Oriente Medio y África.
- Diseñar y proponer estrategias comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento de la empresa en mercados clave.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado, competencia y regulaciones específicas del mercado de EMEA para orientar la planificación estratégica.
- Colaborar con los equipos de ventas, marketing y producto para optimizar la oferta de servicios. Generar reportes y análisis sobre el desempeño comercial y proponer mejoras.

**️ ¿Qué valoramos?**
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o campo relacionado, o experiência equivalente.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en desarrollo de negocio, estrategia o roles similares, idealmente en **empresas SaaS** enfocadas en RRHH.
- Experiência comprobada trabajando en la región de **Europa, Oriente Medio y África**, con conocimiento profundo de sus dinámicas, culturas y tendencias comerciales.
- Dominio avanzado del **inglés** (oral y escrito). El conocimiento de **español** será un plus altamente valorado.
- Habilidades excepcionales de análisis, planificación estratégica y resolución de problemas.
- Visión estratégica y capacidad para detectar oportunidades de crecimiento. Proactividad, organización y enfoque en resultados.
