Amazon Logistics is looking for a Hub Partner Management & Coaching position to be a part of the team that drives the expansion of the Hub DP (Hub Distribution Partner) network across the country.

The DP Hub structure is an AMZL hybrid operation that uses partner small companies to carry out AMZL's urban logistics in high-risk, low-density and remote areas, through the use of AMZL's main technologies and processes, aiming for the best service in the category to our customers in Brazil.

This position is an Operations Manager that will support Hub Operations expansion by planning measuring and controlling the main metrics and KPIs for the channel. As Hub Partner Manager, you will work with field teams to improve partner delivery performance and service level goals by proposing program measures that respond to partner feedback and other mechanisms. You will also be responsible for engaging partners in metrics for improvement, escalations, program initiative rollouts or new program adjustments, fielding complaints, discussing profitability, training and driving business reviews to improve each individual delivery Hub.

Key job responsibilities
- Monitor and control the main metrics and KPIs of Hubs and partner stores
- Work with field teams to improve partner delivery performance and service level
- Propose program measures that respond to partner feedback and other mechanisms to improve performance and engagement
- Work together with Hub partners to discuss metrics, strategies and keep them engaged
- Manage and/or coordinate with 3P vendors who support these functions.
