BA/BS required.
- Demonstrated business discernment with effective written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English;
- Experience in buying, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis or marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise with an ability to adapt to the appropriate audience in a business setting.

Job summary

You will work with Brazilian and global vendors to drive all aspects of terms improvements, which includes analysis and projections, as well as direct negotiations with senior decision makers in local vendors. Additionally, you will increase product category sales, by driving store marketing promotions, negotiating partners to improve selection, and reacting to industry-related economic trends. This role will autonomously negotiate promotional opportunities for vendors, create comprehensive marketing proposals and engage directly with multiple internal teams to optimize the product lines of key strategic brands on Amazon.br.

Job responsibilities
- Analyzes sub-category output metrics to make decisions regarding pricing, selection, and convenience and drives for improvements;
- Work with the vendors to boost growth by offering dedicated account management, supporting them on various topics, from operational performance to participation in promotional events;
- Audits all elements of sub-category business (e.g., inputs, outputs, site experience, team performance), performs deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes, and makes decisions based on data;
- Reviews results of promotions and changes course of action and negotiates new promotions if needed;
- Develops plans that drive revenue and margin improvement;
- Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
- Inside sales or Client management experience, preferably in the eCommerce, retail technology, SaaS, Business Process Outsourcing, Hi-tech or software industries.
- Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- SQL and VBA knowledge are a plus.
