**What you’ll do**
We’re looking for a Lead Office Administrator to provide administrative support to relieve CSD department management for Latam offices (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru).
Responsibilities include direct support to CSD Latam division on the planning, coordination, and management of several corporate services functions such as procurement, budget, travel, logistics, operations, vendor management, mail services, facilities maintenance, security/safety, food services, housekeeping, landscaping, sustainability, continuity of business (IMT plans), hospitality, fleet management, leasing, and design & construction
You will:
- Act as department liaison; distributes appropriate information to, and continually communicates with, staff;
- Manage all phases of departments’ operation, coordinating the services of contractors and vendors;
- Daily supervision on travel requests monitoring rates and employee's policy compliance, negotiates rate agreements with hotels and airline companies for LA,
- Prepares and delivers cost centers’ apportioning reports to Finance, includes support to Concur users.
- Update Facilities’ staff on company policies, procedures, guidelines, and opportunities ensuring division processes comply with company policies.
- Under direct supervision and guidance, oversee functional operations and provide supervision and guidance to direct reports and respective teams;
- Provide operational back up and Implement projects in support of division and corporate operations;
- Under direct supervision and guidance, assist with development and monitoring of operations budget;
- Under direct supervision and guidance, assist with vendor contract negotiations and coordination of supplies, services, and equipment for the department;
- Insure consistent high-level customer service standards are met and maintains procedures for operations support needs;
- Assist with setting goals and establishing priorities within the department.

**The nice to haves**
- Associate degree with major study in Purchasing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field;
- Four years of experience in business operations to include any of the following: purchasing, facilities, inventory control, security operations, etc.
- English level - advanced/fluent;
- Spanish level - advanced
**Other knowledge, skills, and abilities**
- Working knowledge of corporate procurement, inventory, distribution and warehousing procedures and methods;
- Thorough knowledge of corporate facilities support and operations.
- Some knowledge of management budgeting, financial analysis, and business systems development;
- Strong mathematical, planning, and scheduling skills;
- Ability to manage several functional areas and work under pressure
