Develop freelancers talent acquisition strategy & hiring plan on the designated country.
- Handle end to end talent acquisition process such as job listing, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interview, conduct interview and any related tests.
- Establishing effective and cooperative working relationships communicating with user

**Qualifications**
- At least 2-3 years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in marketing role is a plus.
- Live in Brazil
- Target Oriented
- Understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
