**Perfil**
- Buscamos por pessoas com foco no cliente, capacidade de resolução de problemas, liderança, preferencialmente com certificação em fundamentos OCI, conhecimento em nuvem oracle para fornecer suporte.
**Responsabilidades**
- Responsável pela cobertura proativa de sua carteira de contas, gerenciamento de problemas e foco na boa experiência do cliente.
- Suporte ao cliente para o consumo efetivo e adequado de Créditos Universais.
- Transferência de conhecimento para o cliente.
- Trabalho em equipe com outras regiões da América Latina e com equipes internas para melhor suporte ao cliente.

- Saber lidar com objeções;
- Foco no cliente;
- Paciência;
- Boa comunicação;
- Gerenciamento de tarefas;
- Solucionando problemas;
- Clareza nos processos Oracle;
- Compreensão da marca e estratégia;
- Capacidade de coletar informações valiosas do cliente.
- Networking e bom relacionamento entre diferentes áreas internas
**Requisitos e habilidades desejável**
- Experiência com suporte, pós-venda ou cargos técnicos;
- Experiência com relacionamento com o cliente;
- Inglês, Espanhol e/ou Português.
- Conhecimento técnico em Oracle cloud
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
The primary focus of a Business Development Consultant is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through a mix of inbound calls and outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical
As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with inbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.
Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.
