The HR Experience Administrator will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the HR Experience team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and a positive employee experience. This role involves managing day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as handling employee records, processing HR requests, coordinating office operations, and supporting various HR initiatives. You will help manage the logistics of HR processes for Deel’s global workforce, working closely with internal teams and external partners to support employee needs and ensure compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the LATAM HR Experience department, including document management, invoicing, and meeting coordination.
- Process EOR-related tasks such as medical checks, document send-outs, and HR letters.
- Maintain and update EOR records (physical and digital), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with periodic audits, inspections, and other HR processes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for EORs in the office, handling queries and overseeing office experience.
- Manage onsite office administration, including reception and mail.
- Analyze data and prepare reports for Team Leads and Regional Managers.
- Support HR Experience team with ad hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 1- 4 years of experience in HR administrative work or similar roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all HR administrative processes.
- Clear and professional communication skills to interact with employees, EORs, and cross-functional teams.
- Meticulous in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
- Ability to identify potential issues and address them before they become problems, ensuring smooth HR operations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and other administrative tools.
- Collaborative and willing to work across departments to support HR initiatives and improve the employee experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing changing priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
