The Head of IT Brazil brings experience, knowledge, and future vision for further transforming the IT Brazil team including its strategy, product
- and service offerings and sourcing models to ensure all ITI deliveries are enabling business capabilities and services across the enterprise. This includes, but are not limited to, establishing a fit-for-purpose organizational structure, governance and sourcing model for scaling and right-sizing the IT Delivery team to meet Statkraft’s ambitious growth targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Line management responsibilities (P&L and personnel) for IT Brazil
- Continuously evaluate the business performance using metrics such as Key Performance Indicators, Outcome Driven Metrics and Objectives and Key Results
- Maintain the regularity of the infrastructure and services with good performance for daily critical operations anticipating and preventing any problems that affect the business
- Develop executive-level communication to drive the decision-making process between sponsors and executives
- Build successful relationships with other key IT and business stakeholders
- Establish digital objectives and strategies to contribute to the delivery of corporate ambitions related to operations efficiency, business development, markets, and customer focus
- Propose new ways of executing business processes, combining technical skills and creative instinct to find solutions across multiple technology platforms
- Mature the IT delivery processes to improve efficiency and deliver new innovations and increase collaboration with other IT and business areas (e.g., through Agile, DevSecOps, platform
- and product approaches)
- Ensure that deliveries are aligned with infrastructure architecture roadmaps
- Responsible for the planning, design and execution of IT projects and digitalization initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Foster a productive environment of teamwork, keeping parts and stakeholders focused on key results
- Support the team in their career progression, nurture their development and help them realize their potential
- Promote benchmark with other companies and develop ideas that can help create a competitive advantage

Qualificações
**Education & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or master's degree within relevant fields
- Ten or more years of experience in IT
- Five or more years of project management related experience
- Three or more years of leadership responsibilities

**Skills & Experience**
- Practical experience and knowledge related to IT Operations
- Experience in digital transformation programs and initiatives in medium-large companies
- Ability to help develop and communicate an IT vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the IT and business strategy
- Ability to build consensus, make decisions based on many variables, and gain support for major initiatives where resources required for success may not be in direct control of this role
- Self-driven individual who solicits feedback from others to improve their performance
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic staffing plan that ensures the right people are in the right roles at the right time, and employees are highly engaged and satisfied
- Third-party management, working closely with sourcing and vendor managers
