**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for Brazil. Build Payroll processes, ensure adequate internal controls, drive efficiencies and process improvements & manage payroll provider.
- Responsible to control and guarantee payments process according to internal Dow procedure, performing follow up in entire payments approval process workflow. Will be responsible for all payroll payments controls in Brazil, working with internet Banking, treasury team and bank approvers to guarantee payroll payments on time and accuracy.
- Manage Payroll Compliance (Payroll Taxes, Stock Based Compensation, Benefits Tax and Statutory Audits).
- Represent the discipline at payroll-related meetings with other business functions including HR, Sales, Finance, Treasury, Benefits.
- Acts as primary point-of-contact for Brazil payroll inquiries (via phone, chat, and request), identifying and delivering solutions to employees and People Leaders.
- Responsible to work with payroll vendor to resolve parametrization issues and payroll new rules implementation.
- Responsible to upload and receive accurate data to payroll.
- Delegates and escalates queries as appropriate but remains responsible through completion.
- Tracks progress and provides continuous feedback to requestors on status of their queries. Engage in improving Knowledge Base and Case Management content for their assigned discipline, based on experience.
- Supports oversight of service operations by responding to service demands as they arise (e.g., volume of calls, staff absence and chat, etc.).
- Engages in and drives overall continuous improvement processes (e.g., to reduce inquiry volume).

**Required qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in payroll-related activities (minimum of 03 years is preferred).
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and willingness to learn new systems.

**Your preferred qualifications include**
- Advanced or Fluent English in verbal and written communications.
- Practice knowledge of ADP system.
