**Your responsibilities**
- Online presence in live chat for providing fast customer responses
- Quality checks and proactive consignment seller support
- Test and support new webstore features developed in house

**Your requirements**
- 2 years of job experience in customer support
- high level of diligence and accuracy
- Calm and professional demeanor towards customers
- Fluent in English
- Good generic IT skills
- Self motivation and flexibility
- Knowledge & interest in online gaming is preferred
