Como Customer Service Partner na SEE, você será responsável por atender aos clientes internos e externos, bem como realizar outras tarefas na área, como receber, verificar e inserir pedidos no sistema até que o pedido seja entregue ao cliente. Por que precisamos de você?
Porque, com suas excelentes habilidades de comunicação, você nos ajudará a receber, verificar e inserir pedidos no sistema, além de acompanhar pedidos para clientes internos e externos.
Sua comunicação assertiva nos ajudará a contribuir para a resolução de reclamações de clientes internos e externos.
Seu nível de organização permitirá que você documente os pedidos recebidos e os anexos dos clientes internos/externos, anexando-os ao sistema.
Sua capacidade de análise e proatividade nos ajudará a verificar e inserir faturas, notas de crédito, notas de débito e devoluções no sistema, monitorando seu progresso até a emissão conforme indicado pela gerência.
Você realizará os processos estabelecidos pela direção do departamento, documentando seus respectivos condutores e outros controles.
Sua vontade de trabalhar em equipe nos ajudará a colaborar com todos os departamentos para cumprir os prazos e políticas da empresa. Quais habilidades ajudarão você a ter sucesso?
Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente, Importação / Exportação ou Turismo.
Pacote Office e sólidas habilidades em informática.
Ter trabalhado com uma ferramenta CRM ou ERP.
