For our client, a leading international company, we are looking for a Technical Sales
Specialist, who will be focused on the Rio Grande do Sul area. This person will travel around this area the 50% - 70% of the time.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organize the technical service by visiting and assisting customers. Give technical
support to another regional areas.
- Ensure and enhance communication and information exchange within the Department.
- Establish a strong relation with customers and the assigned partners.
- Research potential customers that can purchase the company’s products and services in the region where it operates.
- Prospect customers according to a predefined schedule that identifies market
opportunities.
- Develop customers by scheduling visits and identifying their needs. Attend the
- Negotiate with the customer the price, delivery time, payment terms, delivery times,
discounts, among others.
- Supervise the whole process of elaboration of the product or service sold, verifying that all the conditions negotiated with the client have been effectively fulfilled.
- Visit strategic and potential customers, keeping a diary of all contacts. Such visits may require all types of travel.
- Update the customer contact in the CRM with important and relevant information.
- Participate in trade shows with the objective of developing new customers.
- Participate in sales meetings with Sales Management.
- Provide market information to the Commercial Management to define more objective
action strategies.
- Inform customers about product demonstration visits, installations, training, or any
other service requested.
- Prepare the sales forecast report.
- Keep up to date with the company's policies, as well as its products and its performance in the market.

**EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Industry background
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in the sector
- Experience in developing, planning, and implementing successful strategies.

**SKILLS AND PERSONAL PROFILE**:

- High technical expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.

**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:

- Native - Portuguese
- Well valued: Fluent - English or Spanish
