Your Day to Day

As Partner Operations Manager you would be working on:
Telling compelling stories using data - Work directly with senior leaders to deliver high impact data-driven insights that drive the success of the sales region.

Standardization and adoption - Function as a “Subject Matter Expert” in key rollouts of company policies, processes, and workflows, as well as ensuring all changes and releases to internal systems and tools that impact the Sales organization and our Partners are communicated and adopted.

Effectively supporting sales team and our Partners with operational requests, including opportunity creation, quoting, accuracy in order processing and post-sale support including billing, invoicing, and provisioning.

What We’re Looking For

As a Partner Operations Manager, your background will look like:

- 2+ years prior experience in business operations, analytics, Sales or Sales Operations
- Experience with advanced Excel reporting and data handling
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand each of the steps to an end-to-end process and provide suggestions for improvement
- Team player who can collaborate across teams to identify needs, partner for resolution and execute new initiatives
