**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to interact with local stakeholders.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in crafting compelling narratives intended to influence internal and external stakeholders, as well as presenting to senior executives in the organization.
- Experience running a scaled program serving thousands of developers/customers while managing relevant Key Performance Indicators.
- Experience/knowledge in data analysis, complex problem solving, scaled operations, and efficient execution.
- Knowledge of content moderation, DevOps, policy enforcement, customer support or policy creation.
- Proven ability to solve operational or policy problems, working closely with various cross-functional teams.

Trust Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. **Responsibilities**:

- Lead the management and resolution of Google Play policy related issues encountered by critical developers within the region.
- Drive Trust Safety and Google Play-wide policy launches and Trust Safety initiatives in the region to ensure seamless developer adoption and a safe app experience.
- Manage sensitive escalations, and drive operational improvement to mitigate the future risks, working with Play Partnerships, Policy, Ops, Engineering, and Product leadership.
- Represent your region to solicit stakeholder feedback for Google Play Policies and Operations.
