As a Tender Manager - Americas, you will prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Develops vision on a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market.

As **Tender Manager - Americas**, you will be responsible for:

- Develop proposals; may negotiate with customers; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing. May include compiling and submitting required tender documentation.
- Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logístical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Handles important business unit clients
- Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Department is involved in medium-large sales.
- Handles big or challenging markets or multi country.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Have a large experience in Proposals
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
