**Social Media Communication Strategy Manager LATAM**

As a Social Media Communication Strategy Manager your main goal is to be the go-to lead for strategy, execution, setup, optimization of stakeholder activation through Social Media campaigns, also to build recommendation that supports business objectives, as well as set up structure for campaigns across therapy areas and LATAM markets. You will work in cross functional team with Headquarters and regional/local strategists, content creators, account owners and brand managers.

This position is based in São Paulo/SP

**The Position**

While your main responsibilities will revolve around Planning, co-developing and implementing stakeholder activation strategies, you will also identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact with social media campaigns and other activities such as:

- Co-define and monitor KPIs reflecting business objectives.
- Stay up to date with latest Social Media best practices, tools and technologies.
- Understand multi and omnichannel approach to paid media and provide a holistic view on performance based on the insights.
- Monitor website performance and track user engagements across platforms.

**Qualifications**
- Academic and Master's Degree in Business area (e.g. MKT, Administration, or other relevant area)
- Hands on experience of Google Ads dashboards, Adobe Analytics dashboards and Social Media Analytics;
- Strong understanding of other Earned and Paid media channels and web traffic drivers;
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Spanish/Portuguese speaking and writing is desirable;
