**About the area**

***In order to create a balanced platform, Lalamove needs to create a favorable environment for its both ends: partner drivers and clients. Ensure that when a client places an order there will be nearby available drivers is the mission assigned to the Driver Operations team. Driver Operations missions is to build a long term oversupply, building a community of partner drivers that are engaged and that care about the quality of the delivery, taking the most they can take from the app. By doing that, Lalamove offers to drivers a good income source and becomes a partner that is respected and desired by the drivers’ community. There are 3 sub-departments within Driver Operations:

- Acquisition
- Engagement
- Quality and Safety

**What we need from you**:

- Previous experience managing a team;
- Easiness with numbers and reports, being able to build your own controls;
- Availability to take meetings with people on different time zones;
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collect proper and valuable feedback from people up, down and sidewards;
- Flexibility to be affected by changes and react to them positively and timely;
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency
