**Your New Role...**
- Support in budgeting and forecast planning process, monthly tracking of expenses and calendarizations. This includes reconciliation and analysis of actual results versus forecast and plan.
- Responsible for consolidating forecast and providing variance explanations vs. previous forecast and plan
- Responsible for creating purchase orders in the P2P System. Reviewing, processing, and coding of invoices and contract payments for Ad Sales expenses.
- Prepare monthly accruals list and request adjustments from the accounting department as needed.
- Manage vendor relationship for financial and legal matters.
- Request ICA for legal department
- Work close of accounting team
- Provide administrative and financial support to Ad Sales Subdivisions.
- Coordinate the activities of the intern and apprentice
- Responsible to provide sales regional representatives payments.
- Coordinate apprentice in the revenue sales forecast process for regional representatives
- Act as a backup of Ad Sales Control Specialist when necessary and requested by the business
**Your Role Accountabilities...**
Assure to attend company compliance for Legal, Financial, Compliance, Audit and Accounting Process in the Ad Sales projects.
**Qualifications & Experience...**
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills within a high paced, complex environment.
- Excel Advanced
- Good PMO skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/PT) preferred
