- Plastics: With new technology trends, our plastic additives can be experienced in many everyday items including vinyl, blow-molding bottles, film, rigid containers, PVC plastics, siding, decks and rails, foam pipes and profile formulations, window frames and high-efficiency lubricants.
- Industrial intermediates: As the product of a reaction that is beneficial when used as a precursor chemical for another product, industrial intermediates can take on many shapes and forms. Ours are used in home comfort and appliance, building and construction, adhesives and lubricants, and more.
- Coatings: Whether it’s a water-based coating or solvent-based coating, a thin film is deposited on materials to enhance specific properties such as enhanced performance, durability, aesthetics, and sustainability.

**Dow **has an opportunity as **Customer Manager in São Paulo, **with special focus on Comfort Segment into Dow Polyurethanes business. The incumbent focuses on serving and facilitating the management of medium and large accounts where business has a value-added position, mainly on Mattresses and Industrial Foam Industries. The role includes capturing, probing, and identifying sales opportunities with customers, as well overseeing orders and maintenance on customer accounts. This role also has responsibilities in the areas of assisting customers, delivery solutions and ensuring customers follow established business strategy and Polyurethane’s sales practices.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Manages account portfolio, prepares and implements account plans.
- Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
- Develops and executes sales/marketing plan, delivering the volume and value.
- Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
- Leads/conducts negotiations, implements price changes.
- Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
- Solid knowledge on commercial tools as CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing and others.
- Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Business administration or related fields.
- At least five years of experience dealing with customer relationship and business discipline scenarios.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
- Language’s proficiency: English (Advanced).
- Experience handling large accounts and contracts.
