**About the Team**

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will work closely with the sales and customer experience team and you will help them to grow and hire the best people

We're a people-first company and for us is more important to hire the right people to our organization, so you will evaluate hard and soft skills as well during the interview process.

**About the role**

You will be in charge of hiring Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Trainers, Customer Support Agents, Account Managers etc...

As part of your day by day you will:

- You'll be working closely with the Brazil offices to understand their needs and priorities, also you will have to advise them during the process to make better decisions.
- Manage the whole hiring process: from the beginning of the funnel to the end, we don't differentiate between Sourcers and Recruiters
- Help the rest of the organisation with different projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Trainings, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and much more
- Management of the Onboardings, coordination of the documentation of new hires.
- Supporting managers and employees in managing teams, in all personnel-related matters, from entry to exit.
- Organizing Workshops and Afterworks with the team

**About you**

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist Brazil Market with a can-do attitude rather than years of experience Ideally with experience both in recruitment agency and product companies as Factorial.

English is our official language so it's needed to be fluent in it and also it's important to have experience working in international markets, we're a remote-friendly organisation and we hire people around the globe Spanish and Portuguese area a big plus

This is a face to face position based in our Sao Paulo office.
