**Deine Aufgaben**
- telefonische Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Produkten, der Shopseite, zum Bestellprozess und zur Sendungsverfolgung
- Begleitung der Kunden durch den Bestellprozess
- kompetente und fallabschließende Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der Qualitätsanforderungen des Auftraggebers
**Dein Profil**
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
- sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) von Vorteil
- ausgeprägte Servicementalität und Kundenorientierung
- hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht
- und Wochenendarbeit
