User Operations Lead

Responsibilities
- Lead Resso user operation team in Spanish-Speaking LatAm
- Define and execute Resso user operation strategy, including but not limited to user growth, engagement, campaign, communication, etc.
- Manage business objectives, such as daily new user, retention rate, NPS, CSAT, etc.
- Work with cross-functional team to ensure overall success for Resso user operations

Please, submit your resume in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, economic, finance, engineering, computer science or any other relevant field, or the equivalent experience; preferably an MBA or master degree
- 5+ years of experience from internet company, start-up, consulting, investment banking
- Strong analytical skill: expert on advanced Excel. Preferably good knowledge on programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.)
- Strong strategy thinking: able to think full picture of business, and plan functional business strategy and keep evolving it
- Strong team cooperation and leadership: able to drive team on working on cross-functional projects
- Preferably 2+ years experience as people manager
