Team Overview Responsible for the quantity and quality of merchant supply, and continuously optimizing merchant operations. Role Responsibilities Data Analysis & Optimization: Own and optimize key growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention, conversion rates) through data analysis, experimentation, and strategy iteration, regularly output analysis reports. User Strategy & Execution: Design and execute integrated growth campaigns and user initiatives—including promotions, referral, and communications. User Segment & Operation: Develop and implement user segmentation strategies; create tailored approaches for different cohorts to improve conversion and loyalty. Market & User Insights: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and perform user research to identify new growth opportunities. Role Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of work experience; experience in business analysis, or related fields is preferred. Strong logical and structured thinking, skilled in summarizing and refining information; data-sensitive with basic data analysis skills. Honest, good at communication and collaboration, self-motivated. Proficient in English as a working language. Preferred Qualifications Experience in international business. Proficient in SQL.
