**What you'll do**:

- Manage a group of product operations analysts, providing knowledge to improve their work
- Be the key person to discuss the strategy over product operations in a product tribe structure
- Analyze data from customers, identifying processes to improve customer experience
- Act cross areas, supporting different stakeholders, delivering operational processes and solutions for our customers' end-to-end journey
- Actively help the product team to work as effectively as possible, building and maintaining product tools such as dashboards and statistics
- Act as an interface between the business areas: Marketing, Operations, Engineering and ensure operational alignment between the teams

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Critical thinking, excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Data-driven thinking
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with one team and across multiple teams
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential: clear, organized, concise, adaptable to the appropriate audience in a business environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, reporting, and development of data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions
