Blaze, the fastest growing casino in LATAM, is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. At Blaze, we are passionate about delivering exceptional gaming experiences and our success is built on a foundation of talented individuals who share our vision. You will play a crucial role in aligning our human resource strategy with business objectives, ensuring that our employees are engaged and well-supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local compliances and regulations
- Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees and submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting
- Other duties may be assigned related to HR

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proficient with HRIS and other HR software tools
- Fluency in English
