Minimum qualifications:

- 8 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, Trust and Safety or Government Affairs.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in data analysis, problem solving, and efficient execution.
- Experience in managing and building high-volume outsourced operations.
- Knowledge of international and geopolitical events.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders and executives.
- Ability to lead stakeholders and drive consensus across all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**About the job**:
Trust & Safety team members are tasked with identifying and taking on the biggest problems that challenge the safety and integrity of our products. They use technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills, user insights, and proactive communication to protect users and our partners from abuse across Google products like Search, Maps, Gmail, and Google Ads. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic team-player with a passion for doing what’s right. You work globally and cross-functionally with Google engineers and product managers to identify and fight abuse and fraud cases at Google speed - with urgency. And you take pride in knowing that every day you are working hard to promote trust in Google and ensuring the highest levels of user safety.

We partner with teams across Google to deliver bold solutions in abuse areas such as malware, spam and account hijacking. A diverse team of Analysts, Policy Specialists, Engineers, and Program Managers, we work to reduce risk and fight abuse across all of Google’s products, protecting our users, advertisers, and publishers across the globe in over 40 languages.

**Responsibilities**:

- Adapt global frameworks to regional and local needs in Brazil, curating content and narratives to suit the Brazilian environment, being in constant exchange with cross-functional partners in the market.
- Work with local and global partners to raise the visibility of Google as a key player in the content responsibility space on topics like Misinformation, Content Moderation, Child Safety, Ads Safety, and how we use technology to fight abuse across our products and services.
- Collaborate internally with local Government Affairs and Public Policy, Engineering, Marketing, Policy, Comms, and others to enable and create events for Google Safety Engineering Center.
- Prioritize and manage projects and deliverables effectively, and quickly adapt projects to changing processes and requirements.
- Build knowledge across Trust and Safety and understand high level technical projects.
