DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Organizar a equipe e delegar as tarefas em relação aos processos logísticos (recebimento, separação, processamento, distribuição e transferências);
- Fazer a gestão das pessoas da equipe e manejar questões pontuais dos colaboradores;
- Acompanhar os indicadores de desempenho da equipe e entender quais melhorias precisam ser feitas;
- Garantir que todas as entregas sejam feitas nos prazos estabelecidos;
- Gerar relatórios de produtividade;
- Capacitar a equipe por meio de feedbacks, reciclagens técnicas e treinamentos periódicos.
**Requirements**:
**Pré-requisitos**
- Ensino superior cursando a partir dos 3 últimos semestres ou completo em Logística, Administração ou Engenharia de Produção
- Experiência como assistente de logística, conferente ou almoxarife
- Bons conhecimentos em operações logísticas
- Ter alguma experiência com liderança de equipes
- Ter flexibilidade de horários, pois, eventualmente, será necessário fazer horas extras
**Habilidades**
- Excelente capacidade de organização
- Conseguir priorizar a realização de atividades considerando a importância de cada uma
- Ter boa comunicação, uma vez que será o ponto focal da equipe
- Ter jogo de cintura para lidar com situações que fogem da rotina
