Marketing Admin Support complete tasks that support an organization's overall regional or local marketing initiatives. Reviews marketing material specifications and acts as point of contact and liaison with centralized marketing, analysis and research groups to coordinate the completion and submission of financial, marketing and various client specific property data to incorporate into customized property information packages.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data
- Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations
- Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
- Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing contacts
- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed
- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote products or services within a specific region or state
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing statistics such as return on investment or customer retention rates
- Managing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients to ensure continuous business growth
- Developing strategies and tactics for increasing awareness of products or services among target markets
- Responding to customer service issues and requests for information about products or services
- Coordinating events such as trade shows or conferences to promote products or services
- Managing the budget for an assigned territory or account to ensure that it is being used effectively
- Meeting with potential clients to determine their needs and interests and to develop a plan to meet those needs
- Identifying potential new markets for the company's products or services
**About You**
- Associates, Degree or 1-3 years office support experience for a small to mid-size employee environment.
- Strong computer skills specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to collaborate and work with diverse constituencies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills..
- Experience with social media and websites helpful.
- Experience with CRMs a plus.
